Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at repit.brand@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at repit.brand@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at repit.brand@gmail.com.
